Our Story: From Spark to Sawdust

Hi, I’m Kyle Stockwood, the founder of Stockwood Carpentry. My journey began over 11 years ago, working on everything from fire doors to full house builds before setting out to launch my own business.

What started as a one-man outfit with a van and a toolbox has grown into a trusted carpentry business serving families and homeowners across Caerphilly. I wanted to offer more than just fittings—I wanted to offer carefully built features that made homes feel personal and practical.

Over time, word of mouth grew, and so did our services. Today, we provide bespoke joinery, kitchen fitting, flooring, internal doors, media walls, and more—all managed directly by me, from quote to final fit.
